Relic Radio Sci-Fi

The next entry into the Relic Radio family is just about ready.  Relic Radio Science Fiction will feature, what else, old time radio sci-fi stories.  This show will be released on Monday’s, but I might get the first one out sooner than that.  I know some of you have wanted this, and I hope the rest will give it a listen!

**Update**

I am thrilled about this development! I enjoyed the science fiction that you have featured in the other programs, and as an avid science fiction reader this is about as good as it gets. Do you think you’ll be able to find anything based on a story by or written by Phillip K Dick?
Thank you and keep up the great work!

I’ve found a few shows based on stories or written by Philip Dick. I’ll feature “The Defenders” Monday on the second Sci-Fi show.

Thanks for listening Dwight!

Most enjoyable and welcomed!
Still waiting on the iTunes subscription feed.

Daniel, I sent you an email with the iTunes URL. Last I checked it’s still not showing up via a search there.

Jim;
Thank you for the link! It took some time before it worked for me but now
I’m a happy Relic Radio Sci-Fi subscriber on iTunes!

Don’t forget to add it to your list of feeds @

A good classic story was “Sound of Thunder” I think was on Bradbury 13. The story was also known as “A Gun for a Dinosaur.”
It was made into (years later) a very good movie but the story been retold many ways. Love to hear it again.

I have A Gun For A Dinosaur from X Minus One…I’ll feature it on the July 7th show. I couldn’t get the Bradbury 13 version…hopefully X Minus One did a good job with it. The show has been added to the Subscription page by the way, thanks for the reminder!

Looking forward to the Holiday shows and “Gun for a Dinosaur!”
Thank you for finding it so fast. Not sure if I heard X Minus One version.

Thank You for playing “A Gun For A Dinosaur from X Minus One.”
Very different from a Sound of Thunder done by Bardbery 13.
If I find a copy, I’ll send it to you to play.

Thanks for making lunch breaks more enjoyable.

Yes the stories are different, but the Bradbury 13 shows are still under copyright so even if I had a copy I couldn’t use it. SF68 did a version of Bradbury’s A Sound Of Thunder, but I haven’t seen a copy of it yet. I’m still looking for it though.

That would be interesting, as I never heard of SF68 before your show and I thought I heard them all. :-)

Thank for The Green Lorelei on The Horror!
I was thinking it could have crossed over to the Sci-Fi Relic Radio show too.
